| - | ==== Construction of Orcath ==== | + | ==== Declaration of apolitical status & regency ==== |
| - | In late September 2015 Carluga decided to honor Autism and begin the solo construction of a huge new city consisting of most of the Duchy's territory. The planned city will be divided into districts including an edgy Low district and a prettier High district. | + | In late November 2015, despite Lord Carluga's will to continue his support for the defending side in the [[battles:2nd_com-ender_war|phony war of Ender aggression]], other matters caused him to declare Orcaella to be an apolitical settlement and no longer part of the Eastern Commonwealth. Carluga then departed for parts unknown for an undetermined time. Moo-moo the guard cow was left in charge as Regent of the realm. |
| - | {{ :settlements:orca-districts1.jpg?400 | Planned districts}} | + | On Dec 24, [[nations:com:reichskrise|during some drama]], the Regent was moved from Novobydlograd to Orcaella for safety reasons, and now resides in the palace. |
| - | By October 7th 2015 the city walls, aqueduct, and palace were completed. Although the city still lacked buildings with no houses built in the High district. However, the amount of construction was enough for Carluga to declare the founding of the new city titled Orcath. Additionally the government relocated to the <del>Sheogorath's</del> palace, the duchy motif was dropped, and the flag was changed. | + | In March 2016, Moo-moo the cow was declared new Monarch. Carluga left for coalportal land. |
