Founded in early March of 2013 by the North Oceanic Treaty, NOTO is a mutual defence and security pact aimed at bringing peace and good relations to the region Known as the Northern Frontier. The NOTO treaty is affiliated with the Treaty of Buggernuts Guilt.
Geography
the North Oceanic Treaty covers Core regions and regions within the Northwest Frontier. All Colonial and foreign territories of Member Nations are not covered in the treaty.
