The Aresean Technocratic Republic (Ares/ATR), commonly refereed to as Ares or Aresea, is a technocratic republic composed of autonomous member states and a federal capital, and various other territories and possessions.

Sea of Ares: Was established as an apolitical settlement in 2015/05/01 as a space station. An underground section was planned but never finished.

CISIS: In 2015/06/08 Sea of Ares joined a union with Adschman Al-ilol to form the Caliphate of Industrious Sovereign Islamic Settlements (CSIS). After the leader of Adschman Al-ilol betrayed and invaded the Sea of Ares, the union was disbanded.

Ender: After the disbandment of CSIS, Sea of Ares temporarily joined Ender as a member state for protection. Sea of Ares was renamed the Kingdom of Ares.

Kriegstein: After negotiations, Ares left Ender and joined Kreigstein in a union state in 06/21/2015 which was dissolved in 08/15/2015. Ares helped expand kreigstein's territory 10fold and defend it against incursions by it's much larger neighbor. It left the union after it transferred power to a proper administrator.

Aresea: In 08/15/2015 Ares was renamed Aresianapolis and became the capital of the newly established Aresean Technocratic republic, which spans it's own territory and former states of the Kingdom of Ares. Aresianapolis is currently under construction and will become a center of trade for the region.

The government of Ares is a technocratic republic, where foreign settlements can join as member states with the permission of at least two technocrats. The main legislative body is called the TechnoCongress, which is divided into two houses. The upper house is called the Department of Technocrats, which is the main body that rules the state. The lower house is called the Department of representatives, which contains the representatives of member states. In the Aresean system, no citizen has a right to vote, they may contact their states representative which will vote on their behalf in the Department of Representatives. The two houses are interconnected, since a representative may be a technocrat and each of their votes are counted as separate. The upper house deals with Foreign policies and international trade, while the lower house deals with Domestic policies and disputes. Whenever the two houses come into conflict the upper house will always have a veto power in decisions, this should be a rare occurrence unless domestic and foreign policies collide.
